This course provides an in-depth look at the different aspects of communication, from verbal communication to non-verbal communication to active listening. Students will learn how to identify and overcome common communication problems, how to ask effective questions, how to read and interpret non-verbal messages, and how to listen actively and empathetically to others. The course will also cover how to handle difficult situations and how to deal with situations assertively.
